A simple formulation for early-stage cost estimation of building construction projects

This study is aimed at improving a formula that enables easy, correct, and fast estimation of an Early-Stage Cost Buildings (ESCE). formula, enabling ESCE, was developed by the authors based on artificial neural networks gene expression programming. A quantity survey conducted for hundred construction projects, data set created. analysed with many Artificial Neural Networks to determine variables affect ESCE. An algorithm configuration made Gene Expression Programming, ESCE created using this configuration. estimates satisfactory precision. The use proposed in early-stage building cost calculations important not only faster easier calculation but also prevent any differences may arise due individual making calculations.
